Hello, for all
This is the first time to use EViews statistical program, and I want your help if possible.
I have data for two days for one patient, and my observations or records are taken during 8 hours per day from 12.00 until 20.00 pm. I want to predict the behaviour of the patient in the third day in the same period of time from 12.00 to 20.00 . OK
The first problem is:
** I can not define the Range of the data when I import my excel file to EViews program. !!
The second problem is:
** Can I apply SARIMA model in my data or not?
Best Regards.

Re: Define the Range of data
Hello, for all
I attach the data that I want to use in SARIMA MODEL.
* I have data for two days for one patient, and my observation or records are taken durnig 8 hours per day from 12.00 to 20.00 pm. I want to predict the behaviour of the patient in the third day in the same period of time.
** I can not define the range of the data when I import my excel file to Eviews sataistical software, and Which values of S can I use in this case to use SARIM MODEL??
Range of the data, for example. from 12.00d1 to 20.00d2 !!
Thanks a lot for your time.

Re: Define the Range of data
Try setting the frequency to intra-day.
Re: Define the Range of data
Thanks a lot for your cooperation.
I tried to do by intraday, but I have the same promblem to define the Range, because I take my records for each 15 min.
There are another way in order to define my Data Range??

Re: Define the Range of data
Intraday allows for data at 15 minute intervals.

Thanks for your help.
In estimate equation:
we write the original series ( nonstationary) or the alternative series( dseries) [ stationary series].
Because, when I used the original series gave me the good results. !!
For example,
our_series ar(1) sar(32) ma(1) ma(2) sma(32) sma(64)
dour_series ar(1) sar(32) ma(1) ma(2) sma(32) sma(64)
What is the correct way !
