Hi,
I'm suppose to translate this equation (please see below) into Eviews. However, I don't fully understand it.
Doesn't the 'Sum^2'-variable mean that there should be a double-lagged variable?
Can someone please help me explain how I should translate it. If you need more info about the equation, please let me know.

Assuming you have series in your panel workfile called Y and F,
and make sure you select fixed cross-section and period effects.
