Principal Components Bug?

Hello, I have a problem with principal components. Eviews shutdown completely. But the strange thing is that principal components works on other workfiles in my Eviews. There is just one particular workfile. I tried creating another workfile and still doesn-t work. Could it be the data? here is the error that I am having. I am attaching all my files . Thanks!

Two quick questions before I dive into this one. (1) What is the build-date on your copy of EViews? (2) Are you running on a machine with a single core or using virtualization software?

[edit] a quick check doesn't reveal any problems in currently shipping EViews.

Could you update to the latest version?

Once you've done that, could you type "supportinfo" at the command line, then copy and paste the results back here.
