the data is too much to be operated??

Postby fdmyang » Tue Jun 26, 2012 1:41 am

I'm facing a big problem and I'm really confused by this:
I put around 151,000 data and system told me that the test could not be operated because there are so many data, is this really?? If yes, so how many data it could be??

Thanks!

You need to be explicit about what you did and what version you're using.

Ok, thanks for your reply firstly.
I'm using EViews6. I wanna make Unit root test, cointegration test, Husman test, and OLS test. But only the Unit root test could be processed and I have been told that too much data to process while I was tring to run others....How can I do?

Meanwhile, my data is "unbalance panel data", but there are only three options for selecting in workfile creation which are "dataed- regular frequency", "Unstructed/undated", and"balanced panel data", so which one I should to select?? thanks!

Be sure your copy of EViews is uptodate. Past that you may need help from the EViews staff.

You cannot create an unbalanced panel. You can only open one.
