just checked it at home with a fully up-to-date version, it still creates the output for testing the mean and not the variance which "vars" should trigger

when running _grp.testbtw(var) or _grp.testbtw(vars) with a group containing two series the results for the mean gets produced and not ones relating to the variance.

Excellent, because I tried with OECD data as described in the help file and it did not work as expected therefore I was not sure I had missed something. Thanks a lot providing a fix for this in the next patch.

Using the file: FORECAST_UNEMP.wf1
select GROUP01 - View - Graph - Area Band - OK
produces the attached output.

i did a linked fetch with no other inputs ("fetch(d="db",link) seriresname") and then manually the frequency conversion afterwards

that was also a problem (otherwise i would not have written in the forum), when I converted the db linked series manually (to cubic first) - this did not reveal the code in the capture window...
