Unstacking Panel Data in Eviews 6

Hi, I was hoping someone might be able to help me out with this. I complied a spreadsheet of data but my variable column is mixed - example attached. How would I go about unstacking this so that I can have each varible to regress individually? Thanks in advanced.

That one will be a bit tricky in EV6. Might be better off re-arranging it in Excel.
