pageunstack

Postby armn » Thu Sep 24, 2015 10:36 am

Hi!
I'm importing a panel dataset from excel to eviews and then using the pageunstack command to obtain a time series for each variable and id (countries in my case).
The command works smoothly for all my variables except two that are equal to 0 for each country and year. In this case I get the following error:
"country is not a series in pageunstack country dateid @ x y"
where country is my id, dateid is my time variable and x and y are the two zero variables in question.

Is there a way to make eviews untack the series even if they are made of all zeroes? Unfortunately I cannot just drop the variables because I need them to perform some calculations.

Thanks a lot for your help!

Works fine for me. What's the version and build date of your copy of EViews (Help->About EViews).
