Re: Seasonal adjustment with national calendar
Is there any option for checking whether calender effects are statistically meaningful or not while using JDemetra+ on Eviews?

Re: Fix Scroll panel of worksheets
Nothing yet. I have a suggestion for you on this. I guess it should be possible for you to re-position the scroll bar on an Eviews workfile. At the current set-up, the scroll bar is horizontally positioned. I suggest vertically positioning the scroll bar on the right side of the workfile. Doing so ...

Re: group command failing when group exists
I have lots of programs that stopped working this week after I installed the last patch v14 december 19 build. The group command is failing when the group already exists. If I delete the group before the command, it works. Screenshot 2024-12-24 141412.png These commands should illustrate the bug on...

Re: Fix Scroll panel of worksheets
I’m not sure I understand what “minimize the scroll bar” means. Could you screen shot? I have attached two screenshots below. Scroll-1 is what Eviews does when you open it. Scroll-2 is what I do every time I open Eviews. I need to fix the placement of the scroll bar as it is shown in the Scroll-2.p...

Re: Seasonal adjustment with national calendar
After Eviews 14 has been released, I have moved to Jdemetra+ for seasonal adjustment. However, I am no longer able to reach the original series by multiplying the seasonally adjusted series (_d11) and the seasonal factors (_d10). I was able to get the original series with the same mathematical opera...

Re: Fix Scroll panel of worksheets
Whenever I open Eviews, the scroll bar size is automatically set to its default. In other words, when I open Eviews, the first thing I do is minimize the scroll bar size to see all the sheets in Eviews. After I finish my work and open the Eviews again, I have to minimize the size of the scroll bar a...

Re: Panes and tabs #3
We don't support storing window placement info inside the workfiles. When I said my previous comment, I was giving a reason as to why we wouldn't want to do that. Now as to why your window placement seem to always be at the default location: Do you have multiple monitors? If so, try moving EViews t...

Re: Panes and tabs #3
Yes, the .evsettings file is used to store the remembered window position. If shared along with the main file, then that user will see the window appear in the same spot. And, also, if the position was stored in the .wf1/.wf2 file itself, when you shared a workfile with someone, they would receive ...

Re: Automatic arima forecasting in a program
I'd like to run, if possible. I can't replicate for a test workfile with the forclen properly set to be after the estimation sample end. Absent that, if you can tell me the estimation sample and the workfile sample and the forecast length. I attached a workfile and a prg. document here. I hope you ...
