I've done the hausman test on eviews 6, but i don't understand the result and there is a warning. I don't know the meaning of it. How can i know what method that i should use from the output?
Here is the output:
Correlated Random Effects - Hausman Test
Equation: EQ01
Test cross-section random effects
Test Summary Chi-Sq. Statistic Chi-Sq. d.f. Prob.
Cross-section random 0.000000 8 1.0000
* Cross-section test variance is invalid. Hausman statistic set to zero.
Would you help me to explain it?
Thanks for your kind help.
