Hi, can anyone tell me how to input the first and second line of the function into EViews? Last time I understand how to input the first line but I find the second line's input may not be the same as the first. Besides the different coefficients, is there anything different in the structure of the input equation in EViews?
I'd apppreciate it very much if someone can help me.Please give me the detailed equations of the first and second lines for Eviews. The relevant document is attached. Thanks.
