Problem in converting data

Hi,
I have some annual data and I want to convert it into quarterly data with the linear average method(frequency low to high).
If I use the COPY, it seems no relative method that I can apply...

Any help is greatly appreciated.

There is no linear-match average. Only linear-match last.
