Help! 3sls panel data

I need to use 3sls for analyse this model

y=c(1)+c(2)*yus+c(3)*e

p=c(4)+c(5)*y

r=c(6)+c(7)*p+c(8)*y+c(9)*ms

e=c(10)+c(11)*r+c(12)*y+c(13)*rus+c(14)*yus+c(15)*ms

I do not know how to estimate the model on eviews7. I am using panel data which consist of 6 countries and quarterly data from 1997q3 to 2013q2
Actually, i try to estimate it but I did not get the result. I get the near singular matrix error and I do not know how to fix it
