Seasonal Adjustment!

Hi! I'm a new user and I have some questions about Seasonal adjustment.

I am using X-12 on Eviews 6.0 to extract and get the trend-cycle data from the original series. Could anybody show me the differences between the two following output options: (1) Final seasonally adjusted series and (3) Final trend cycle?

If I want to get the trend-cycle data from the series, is it true when I choose the option "Final trend cycle"?
