TEST FOR EVOLVING EFFICIENCY

Hello,
I would be grateful if you could assist me to carry out the ”test for evolving efficiency (TEE)” in eviews, as used in the paper “THE CHANGING EFFICIENCY OF AFRICAN STOCK MARKETS” especially generating graphs showing changes towards efficiency through time
