Error with sample length in graphing IRF

I am using a program which I found with a paper on the internet.

This program plots impulse repulse functions for a 1% shock to the variable gc
However, when I run the program there is an error somewhere in the subroutines: plot_multiplier and plot_impulse
The error message that is returned to me states: MULTI_H is not the same length as the sample in MTOS(MULTI_H,MULTI_H_SER)
