The copy command ignores the smpl option with databases

Hi,

In EViews 8 (june 13 2013 build), the smpl option in the copy command doesn't work when copying from databases (though it works to copy between pages or between workfiles). It will copy all the entries in the source series, the default behaviour, ignoring the option. I've tried with an EViews database and a IHS Magellan database.
