constrain of lag

Hello,

I'm trying to restrict a lag of inflation to be higher than 1, but after using descriptions of the eviews guide my following equation does not work:

i c og i(-1) i(-2) i(-3) i(-4) i(-5) i(-6) i(-7) i(-8) (1-c(3)-c(4)-c(5)-c(6)-c(7)-c(8)-c(9)-c(10))*i(-9)

Could someone help me with this problem?
