Dated Data Table Problem

When I create a Dated Data Table I want to manipulate the Column grouping frequency so that there is only one column. I do so by listing the first column as either "Annual" or "Quarterly" or "Native Frequency" and the second column as "None". However, changing the second column to "None" does not create a permanent change. After applying, okaying, and saving my work the Dated Data Table will not show the second column grouping frequency (the "None" category remains); however, if I quit Eviews (I am using EViews and then reopen the file the second Column grouping frequency reverts to "Native Frequency". Is there any way that I can keep the second column grouping frequency at "None"?

What's the version and build date of your copy of EViews (both available from the Help->About EViews menu).

I am using EViews 8 Standard Edition June 19 2013 build.
