Probit regression help

Hi to all,
could you please help me with the Probit regression results?

My regression have very high p values ( for almost all variables ), as well as low R value ( and its probability ).
What testings should I do further in order to get a better result ? And how...
I believe I do not have to say I am almost a beginner in this field.
