import mutiple prn file

My question is : i have 300 prn files (like Excel file ) on my disk, each file is a data of one month,

from 1987 : 01 to 2011 : 12

25 years by 12 month = 300 , the same variables list in each prn file

i want to import them to one workfile , all toghether one shot ! automatic !

do you know how to do that in eviews ?

I'm not sure EViews reads .prn files. I haven't heard of them.

prn is what you get when you do "print to file." The exact results vary with printer drivers, but it is unlikely that EViews will read the files.

we can open prn file with exel ...or like a text file

If it's just a text file you can do file/open/foreign data as workfile.
