need help about dummy variables

HI all, i am newcomers. I have trouble with running a multiple regression having dummy variables. My model is:
dependent variable: g ( gdp growth rate)
independent variables: fdi, gcf,hc, la,lp,lpr
dummy variable: d= 1 since the year 2006 -2011 and d=0 since the year 2000-2005 ( time series from 2000-2011)
The problem is that I don't know whether to use 2OLS or GMM method in Eviews 7 and how to run them?
