Urgent! Please help! Static 1,2,3 step ahead forecasting

Dear All,

I am quite new to eview and I have been given coursework which requires to do 1,2,3 step forecasting. I have tried to use program code given here, but was unsuccessful, I would really appreciate if you could adapt the code 1,2,3 step forecasting.
Number of obs 181, 145 to be used as actuals. First period is 1998m02, last period is 2013m02; forecasting needs to be done from 2010m03 to 2013m02.
