Hi, this might sound silly but I really need to turn in my report in 2 days but I can't figure out how to do it! here is the problem, I am asked to do a F-limer test and a Hausman one. but I don't know how. Please help me figure it out. here is my data (I Have uploaded it somewhere) please note that the years in this file are from Sun Calender in which for example 1383 corresponds to 2004. please help me.
