How I create an AR model?

Hi I have to create ans AR,an MA and an ARMA model for an essay in my university and since it is the first tme that I use this program I can not find a solution.Can anyone help me please?

Do you mean you have to create data that follows an ARMA model, or you have to estimate an ARMA model on existing data?

I have to create the models by myself-without previous data-and then to do some comments on the results.
