DeBondt&Thaler 1985 methodology

Dear econometrics people,

Anybody here acquainted with DeBondt&Thaler 1985 methodology
(phbs.pku.edu.cn/bbs/images/upfile/2011-11/2011112221858.pdf[) and Stata or Eviews packages?
I need to perform that analysis with my data and I am absolutely stuck. Would anybody voltunteer to do it within 12 hrs? I believe for the one acquainted with methodology and the statistic package it would take approx. 4 hrs. I am lost as to how to do it technically in the Stata package.
