Year by Month formatted data

I have CPI-W data in a year by month table format with Year in the first column and month column headers across the top. What is the best/easiest way to imort this xls file into eviews as a monthly time series?

Table format:

jan feb mar apr .... nov dec
1913 9.9 9.8 ....
1914
