Summing Observations

Hi people, how do you sum similar observations on Eviews 7?

I have 814 Observations about people being left handed or right handed...so an observation is either L or R in my data,
How do I sum up the L's and sum up the R's? (How do I ask eviews to help me count the number of L's and number of R's?)

Open the series, then click on View->Descriptive Statistics->Stats by classification.

thanks for the quick reply, but my "View" only has "spreadsheet, one-way tabulation, label"
