Command equivalent of dialog boxes

I am trying to load data stored in a csv file. The importation is easy to accomplish using the dialog boxes but I am unable to puzzle out the command equivalents for all the dialog boxes. For example, how to I specify the start of data/header skip lines = 9? Is there any way to have Eviews show me the command equivalnet for a sequence of dialog boxes?

Once you have opened the workfile via the dialogs, open up the Label View of the workfile.

Thanks Gareth! This is very helpful. Unfortunately the label view does not include the dialog equivalents for reading dated series with dates stored in a column named Date.
