"No valid observations in equation"

Postby jpk » Wed Aug 31, 2011 1:55 pm

Hi,

In the attached workfile, when I try to estimate the system "EZ" by GMM I receive the error message "No valid observations in equation". Could somebody please explain what exactly this means and how I can resolve it? Any assistance is well appreciated!

You probably have bad starting values for the c parameters.
