Simple regression estimation

Simple regression estimation

Hi all,

I am trying to do a basic OLS regression using the quick -> estimate function of Eviews. I typed in the specific variables (e.g. "y c x1 x2 x3") but I keep on receiving a "syntax error" popup message and will not be allowed to progress further with the regression. Does anyone know what is the cause of this problem and how to rectify it? Thanks!

Were you including the quotes?
