If you're looking at a series in an indexed page, either spreadsheet or graph view, is there an easy way to get the observation number of an observation so you can use it in a smpl statement?

There's no way to flip the labels in the leftmost column of the spreadsheet, but you can easily make a group containing the series with either @obsid or @cellid (which are the same except in an unbalanced panel) as an additional column.
