data structure

Hi All,
I am working on study with simultaneous model (i.e. cross sectional). I am new to eviews and i dont know how should the data be structured and imported in eviews. I have sample for 154 companies over 12 years period (1998-2009). The data has many variables like ownership proportion, ROA, ROE, Dividend yield, leverage, TA, TL, OW and many others.

anyone can help in this matter?

Sounds like you need to build a panel.
