Hello,
My name is Alex. I am in the process of creating a scatter plot for the percentage deviations from a trend and I am required to have a simple correlations line the goes through my data. Is this the same thing as adding a least squares regression line? If not, could you please tell me how I can add one?
Also I am having trouble trying to make another graph of the cross correlations between Deviations from my HP Trend. I must have correlations on the horizontal axis and lag time in years on my vertical. I will attach an image of the way the graph should look. What kind of graph is this and how do I make one?
Thanks,
Alex

- Here is the graph of the cross correlations between deviations from HP trend. I have already run a cross correlation and was able to come up with a table but I am confused as to what type of graph this is and how I make it/get the variable of correlations and lag length where they belong
