Syntax error forecasting Tobit

I am currently running Eviews 7.1, updated as of July 9.

Eviews is giving a Syntax Error msg any time I try to forecast a censored model with Normal or Logistic Distribution using the forecast button or the command line.

If I try to use the Extreme Value Distribution, the forecast is generated but the results is different from Eviews 6.

In both cases if you look at the representation view, you can see that the formula is wrong.

This problem does not occur in Eviews 6.

It's a bug that was introduced recently. I have a candidate fix which has to undergo a bit of testing. With any luck I should have a posting in a couple of days. Sorry about the inconvenience.

If you'd like in the interim, you could send your workfile (support@eviews.com) and I'll estimate your equation with a version prior to the bug.

Our apologies for the inconvenience.
