enquries regarding gravity equation in e-views

hello, i am pursing phd a nd usin ge-views 6 version, i am working with panel data of saarc countreis when i am entering my gravity equation with log in eview estimation equation it gives the error like varible not identified, and agfter that if i calculated the log in excell and after the log or logeed values are entering into e-view it prived the negatinve coeffienct of com border and con language. am i working correctly or not. along with it please help out ot me how to calulte the fixed and random effect in e-views wtjhat should be right procedure for it am taking bilateral trade as dependednt varibale and gdp , population distance and dummy varible like common border and common language in my gravity estimation. :) :) :eviews6: :series:

please sir at present i am working in computer if you give me your view point immediatekly i will thankful to u. bcause iam lst stge of my phd term. and in my departmment ther is havin littele knowldege regrading panel data. please tell me how to enter the gavity eauation with log value in e-views if i am entering the e-vies gives me error term also. along with it i am calculationg the individual country realtion is it possible i can calculate the combine effect on all countries.
