Eviews database registry

Hello all,

I'm new to the Enterprise edition of Eviews 7. I was wondering if it is possible to automatically update data within a workfile from FRED. I've attempted to do this, but received an error stating that links to external databases had to be registered on Eviews database registry. Is it possible to "register" FRED? And if so, how?

I think you can do that by either giving it an alias when you first open the database, or just add it into Options --> Database Registry.
