I use Eviews 14 Dec 2024 build.
Eviews crashes after some spool operations. The sequence of events making Eviews crash is as follows:
1 Open an object within a spool by mouse click on that object
2 Close the spool w/o closing the object first.
3 Open the spool again by mouse click
-> Eviews crashes.
In order to replicate the bug, you may run the program below. Then, 1 click on "obj1"within the spool and thereafter 2 close the window as indicated in the screenshot and 3 click on the spool labelled "spoo" in the Eviews page to re-open it. Eviews would crash immediately after the last step.
