Generlized Supremum Augmented dickey-fuller in eviews

Hello , i use the add-in by itamar caspi to detect Bitcoin price bubble , i get however the error : " A vector cannot be resized to have more than 1 columnn " what is the problem ? and how can i solve this issue ? Thanks in advance .
