Is it possible to set parameters somehow in windows planner such as openning a workfile and running a global process (command)?

Provide the name of an EViews prg as a parameter to the exe

So I've tried several ways
The last one looks like this
"C:\Program Files (x86)\EViews 8\EViews8.exe"
Parameters: "E:\Eviews\1_pivots.wf1" "GO"
I've also tried
"C:\Program Files (x86)\EViews 8\EViews8.exe"
Parameters: "E:\Eviews\1_pivots.wf1" GO
"E:\Eviews\1_pivots.wf1"
"GO"
"E:\Eviews\1_pivots.wf1"
-"GO"
"E:\Eviews\1_pivots.wf1"
GO
I've tried lowercase go as well.
Am I doing something wrong here?

Where is the .prg?

E:\Eviews\SEP2016\go.prg
It also uses other global commands that are in this folder.
I just tried to change the default addins directory. Did not help.
I tried these
"C:\Program Files (x86)\EViews 8\EViews8.exe"
parameters "E:\Eviews\1_pivots.wf1" "GO"
or with these "E:\Eviews\1_pivots.wf1" "E:\Eviews\SEP2016\go.prg"

You can't use a wf1 as a parameter.

Thank you once again.
I figured it out, simply putting the wf destination in the program.
