Skipping dates with Smpl

Postby tchaithonov » Mon Nov 30, 2009 1:59 pm

Hey Guys,

I wonder, given a stacked dataset, how to set the smpl so that I could have all dates except a date in the middle of the time period. I still want to keep those excluded rows of data aftewards, so deletion is not an option. Any ideas?

Easiest way is just to set the sample to the dates before and the dates after. For example if you don't want 1990 to be included:

Code: Select all

smpl @first 1989 1991 @last
