Active file and output disappear

Some times without any reason everything on the EViews window just disappear, and the only way to restore thing is to restart EViews! Does anybody know how to deal with that?

I can't recall hearing of something similar. Could you provide more details on exactly what happens? Also can you confirm the build date of your copy of EViews (available under Help->About EViews)?

The built date is OCT 21, 2008, but it used to happen before that update.
Every once in a while, when moving the cursor inside the EViews window the active file and all output files just disappear, the EViews main window stays there but I never been able to get to where I was and usually I just restart EViews and start over!

Can I ask you to email in to
support@eviews.com with details of your computer, operating system etc...?
