Suggestions about coefficient restriction

Hello everybody,

I'm new to this forum and I've started using Eviews few weeks ago, that's why I'm not really an expert about it.

I've got this problem: I have to test this hypothesis: 5% unemployment rate (indipendent variable: unem) has triple the effect of two extra weekend days per month(indipendent variable: wkends) on the dipendent variable totacc (total number of accidents). How can I do this test? I mean I know I have to use the Wald test but I don't know how to write the restrictions.
