Urgent: Can't import excel time series data

Urgent: Can't import excel time series data

Hi Guys,

I am a new member on your forum and recent user of eviews6. I have encountered a difficulty recently when I tried to import the time series from my xls file. It worked very well until then, but now when I do Proc/Import/Load I get the "Binary Read" window and I can't load my variables on views 6. Is there anyone that could help me regarding this matter?

Are you sure you're reading a .XLS file and not a .XLSX file?
