sorting data

sorting data

I have two data series in an unstructred work file, 712 obs long (attached). I would like to sort by marg_tax and I want the weights corresponding to each marg_tax to be sorted as well. If I were using EXCEL I would highlight both columns of data and sort by the column containing marg_tax. What are the commands to do this?
