file does not meet .wf1 workfile specification

Hello,
I work a helop desk and one of my users reported getting this error message whebn trying to re-open an e-views model. They had previosuly been working int eh file, when the program crashed. This is the result.
Any advice on how to repair is appreciated.

There is probably a backup version of the file. It will have the same name, and be in the same directory, but will have a .~f1 extension. Simply change that to .wf1 instead.
