simple OLS regression- F-statistic is not reported

The difference is that you specified fixed or random effects in these regressions. Apparently, EViews inserts a constant in these cases. That makes some sense for fixed effects. I'm not sure why it's done for random effects.

Alright, so far I guess it's only for the basic OLS resgression method which needs to put "C" in with the list of common coefficients, isn't it?
