That's because Austria doesn't have nuclear energy.
So I can't have similar values?

I tried it with Belgium. Same result... "Near singular matrix".

You might want to step back a bit and think about what you're asking the regression to do for you. How did you expect an estimate of the effect of nuclear energy for a country that doesn't have any? You near singular matrix mb drive too
are likely do to similar issues
