Help file description of @cfdist incorrect?

Pardon me if I'm mistaken, but I believe that the description of @cfdist in the function reference/help file is incorrect.

It says:
Probability that an F-statistic with numerator degrees of freedom v1 and v2 denominator degrees of freedom exceeds x.
Shouldn't it be:

... does not exceed x?
