Excel export EV13
I receive the following error message when I try to save my wf page as a xlsx-file: OpenXLSX: file open failed. XLS works fine. I have no clue of the problem might be. We have tried to re-install EV13, which unfortunately did not resolve the problem.

Can you provide the workfile you're getting the error on?
Re: Excel export EV13
Certainly! However, it’s worth mentioning that I’ve tried several different workfiles with the same result. I’ve attempted to do it via program code and menu guides, with the same result. I’ve found ways to work around the issue by adding ‘legacy’ among the wfsave arguments, but it’s impractical to not be able to directly export workfiles to Excel from the menu sometimes.

Re: Excel export EV13
Worked fine for me.
Perhaps you don't have the latest version of EViews 13 installed? I'm using May 7, 2024 build. Also, try saving the file into your Documents folder (if you're not already) and then try launching EViews with admin rights to see if that makes any difference. I'm guessing it might be a permissions issue if you're already using the latest version.

Thanks! Perhaps you are right. What I forgot to mention in my previous message is that it works fine for my colleague too. I thought it might have something to do with the installation on my work station, that something went wrong in the installation process. But if I understood you correctly, there aren't any known issues similar to mine related to the installation.
