Eviews 12 & Eivews 11 Not Working
Hi I have just installed Eviews12 over the weekend, and trying out tonight, but suddenly it opens and the E-views windows "disappear", I tried to restart and disappear again. I was not able to uninstall Eviews12. Same thing happen to my Eviews 11 as well, I open and than it disappear.

Hi, i am having issues installing Eviews 12, student version too. upon download and installing.. i get the following messages. 'the installation of microsoft visual c+++ 2017 redistrubutable package (x64) appears to have failed. do you want to continue the installation?'Hello. We are going to need a little more information.

i will press yes, it will proceed to install but this prompt message will appear-error 1719. windows installler service could not be accessed. contact your support personnel to verify that it is properly registered and enabled'
what is the problem please? this is my first time using Eviews, i am a final year student, just trying to analyse some data for my project.

Assuming you're installing EViews 12 SV for Windows, try clearing out your TEMP or TMP folders and then rebooting your computer before trying the installer again.
